As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies that promote company services, generate leads, and improve online presence. Your work will directly impact brand growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility
Create and manage content marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blogs
Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, and track engagement
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and social platforms
Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and customer behavior
Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems for reporting and targeting
Coordinate with sales teams for campaign alignment and lead generation
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
