FreshStart Innovations is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and innovative digital experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UI design, UX research, prototyping, and wireframing, with a strong command of modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver exceptional designs that align with user needs and business goals. This is a full-time online position based out of Bangalore Central, Karnataka.
Conduct UX research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design intuitive and visually engaging UI layouts.
Collaborate with product managers and developers for smooth design implementation.
Ensure all designs meet user-centered design principles.
Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design practices.

Strong design sense & attention to detail
Ability to communicate ideas clearly in English & Hindi
Experience with responsive design for mobile and web applications.
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
