CSS is the language we use to style an HTML document. CSS describes how HTML elements should be displayed.

To become a web designer we learn CSS. If we know HTML and CSS then we can get a job at very low salary as web designer. But we must learn javascript, jquery and xml for expert level knowledge as web designer.
